One of our ongoing projects is the one on 24048 Newhall Blvd. We purchased this 7,500 square foot retail center with the goal of rehabilitating the building to meet today’s standards. More excitingly, we sketched and submitted plans for 6,000 square feet of additional retail space on the 20,000 square foot of additional land.
