The new decade of the 2020s has been an adventure and we are making the most of it. Purchased in 2019, the 11208 Burbank Blvd lot will be turned into a residential property with 45 units. The 7-story apartment building will include low-income units as well as a subterranean parking lot and a roof deck for tenants. We are closely working with local authorities to get plans and inspections completed without delay.
